“The staff and my counselors were AWESOME, but I stopped coming here after an incident in 2022 where I was told that my appointment to see the psychiatrist was cancelled. I didn’t get a call or email notification about the cancellation and only found when I walked in on the day of the appointment. I was told to reschedule for the following week and I did. The following week when I showed up for my appointment, I was told that it wouldn’t happened because I missed the previous week’s appointment. I told them that it was canceled when I came here and no one notified me via phone or email about it until I showed up and was told to reschedule! How can I miss something that was canceled!?!? I ended my services with them right then and there and haven’t went back since.”

“The staff is nice but very very unorganized. They had my appointment booked the same time as someone else twice. My counselor left without notice so I was told that I would have a “Temporary” one. They definitely have to get it together but very clean space and like I said kind staff.”

“This place is terrible and immensely unorganized. The amount of times I've had to call just to make sure something is done (for the same matter)... just terrible. On top of that, I’ve tried two therapists in this establishment and both have had absolutely no plan. Each session was like the last. It was repetitive and no progress was made. Save yourself some time, for time can never be bought back, find another place.”

“These people have been absolutely horrible. I cannot believe the lack of compassion and understanding they have shown me. This is supposed to be a mental health facility, that in itself is just utterly disheartening!! I am rarely ever able to reach anyone at the office, everyone is so disorganized, nobody seems to know what is going on, most are just outright rude and condescending. The staff obviously doesn't communicate effectively with each other or clients. The head of the facility is probably the worst of all. Maybe having such an ill-fitted person in charge has a lot to do with the entire staff. I would recommend anyone trying to seek any sort of treatment, SEEK ELSEWHERE!”
