But I am confident that Lifeline can provide mental health services to those whose identities, and therefore lives, are not marginalized or disenfranchised in any way.”

“Since changing billing platforms, business engages in disappointing and unethical practice of charging clients $120 for cancellation regardless of circumstances. They will do this on your first late cancellation as well. If you are in the business of "wellness," then harming a client who is already facing a personal hardship this way does not seem in line with your mission statement. I did contact their office for resolution. No one returned my call. Update 01/02/2024. Was promised refund which I still have not received. Should be noted that during that phone call, it was suggested that had I been reminded of the fee, I might have made different choices (ie, leaving a very sick child alone).”
