“Saved my life. Went on a 24 hour hold. They are now giving me counseling and resources for 3$ an appt. Thank you to all the staff and nurses on site. Y'all are angels 🥹🙏 special shout out to the young male nurses in the crisis unit. Y'all actually treat patients like people. I wish I had their names but one had a neck tat and curly hair I think his name was Justin. he was wonderful. 10/10 experience”

“i would not be alive if not for this place. The therapist for adults here in the psych unit is absolutely incredible, they feed me very well, got me on a schedule and snapped me out of it with the help of good medication technique and understanding. i wish they would get their tech and nurse staffing in order, there are some people who do not need to work there unfortunately, but i will always be in debt to Angelika, Tim, and G (Gennifer). and DR JEN! thank you guys. you saved my life.”

“The receptionist, Miss Davena, has helped me twice when I was struggling in the lobby. The facility is nice and they keep it clean. The whole staff is kind. The staff did have some simple communication issues, but Miss Davina is just an amazing woman; She made sure I was taken care of when I came in struggling and needed some gentle guidance on how the facility runs their programs.”

“Horrible experience. The staff ( for the most part ) looks at the patients as though they’re worthless human beings. They tease and taunt patients. I was there for 4 days and got absolutely nothing from it. I left feeling as vulnerable as I did going in. I do not recommend this facility at all.”
