“The therapists at this practice are phenomenal! They are compassionate, skilled, and deeply attuned to their clients. Unfortunately, their impact is constantly undermined by an office staff so inept and indifferent it's almost impressive. The front desk team behaves like their job is an inconvenience. Calls go unanswered. Messages are ignored. Scheduling is a circus. And worse, they’re now writing their own glowing reviews to cover for their staggering incompetence. Meanwhile, the therapists are left to clean up the emotional fallout of patients who’ve been disrespected, dismissed, or simply neglected by the very people meant to support access to care. The practice manager either isn’t paying attention or doesn’t care. Either way, it’s a leadership failure. This team needs a hard reset and real accountability. The bar is not high. Just match the basic decency and professionalism of your own therapists. Until then, good luck getting help through this front office gauntlet.”
