“Absolutely disregarded my anxiety and cut me off of my anxiety medication after the NP said “everything is staying the same” also, completely cancelled/ discharged me from their care and my next appointment with no text, call or email saying they were letting me go or not seeing me anymore. Unprofessional, they push random drugs on you for commission purposes and they don't call if you don't show up to an appointment which shows they don't care. My husband had an appointment also and he told them that he was borderline suicidal, he didn't show up to his next appointment because he was so depressed and they never reached out to him to even make sure he was okay. DO NOT GO HERE. STAY FAR AWAY. a joke of a practice and needs to be shut down. Very condensing NP’s who act like they're better than you. Never helped with my anxiety.”

“My family has been with Life Healing Center for years. When we first started, it was great. I would have rated them 5 stars. ALL of the staff was amazing. Now, it's horrible. The staff turnover is extremely high, for all positions. A few major red flags... you will NOT get a call back regardless of what the voicemail says. Medication refills can be hit or miss as far as the timeliness of it being called in to a pharmacy. The office was closed right at the beginning of the year and we were NOT NOTIFIED until the very last minute (as in day of, maybe an hour before the appointment - and it wasn't closed for a last minute emergency either). The policies as far as scheduling appointments in advance are all over the place (one day you can schedule more than 2, the next day you can't). They can't even handle a simple address change correctly. When a therapist leaves, there is ZERO advance warning. There is obviously something going on with the management here, so be warned.... Stay away from Life Healing Center! You won't get the quality service you deserve.”

“You can call and leave a voicemail which you will never get a call back. Then if you send in a request they will email your new patient paperwork for you to fill out. For what you cant even get a call back. So I got a hold of someone they said I needed to do new patient paperwork. I was like why I don't even have a appointment. She was like then we can call you back after we figure out what doc best fits you. I work in the same field and we call everyone back within 24 and set up appointment. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE BTW THIS IS NOT THE ONLY TIME IVE CALLED and even had my own patients tell me what a bad place this is. I would have loved to send my patients here if they cared about patients.”

“I have been going here for a few months now and I really like the ability to do appointments virtually. I like Dr. Corwin and he makes sure I have what I need and keeps tabs on my overall health although he really doesn't have to. He goes above and beyond. I see several bad reviews but I personally have never had a problem. I never have to wait more than a day to get a call back. At the most I have had to wait a couple of days for my meds but it wasn't at the fault of the practice. I came into the office with sufficient documentation that gives my history and that was welcomed. You can't expect to just show up and begin a medication that you have no history with. I do not believe if you are a seeker of medicine or have a problem with abuse of prescription medication that you will find your home here.”
