“Everything was going really well in the beginning with Jody until she decided she no longer wanted to do the blood work necessary for me to go to any specialists and told me everything was in my head and that I had a mental problem. Meanwhile BOTH my therapist and my psychiatrist have said it's NOT. My psychiatrist even did blood work and found some alarming things and all Jody said was "You are going against my word. Your blood work looks that way because you're pre-diabetic. There's nothing wrong with you and I will not do any more of the blood work needed because the specialist just want me to do their job and do the blood work" I have filed a complaint back in SEPTEMBER and have not heard ANYTHING from ANYONE about this. I'm livid. Do not go here if you need to be sent to a specialist. She is incompetent and will not help you. If I could I would give ZERO stars.”

“Do not allow your child to use the school based therapy if you want a qualified therapist to help your child. Kiara is inexperienced and unprofessional. On several occasions I communicated issues I was having just for them to ignored and to be disrespected as my sons parent because “she enjoyed spending time with him.” Awful experience.”

“Been trying to just get someone to answer the phone for 2 weeks, left multiple voicemails. Tried to do a walk in and sat in the waiting room, the front desk had a sign that the person would be right back. After waiting about 30 minutes someone came out to call another patient back and asked who I was there for, I explained I was there to get my son enrolled and she said the front desk person had already left for the day.”
