“My therapist was absolutely wonderful. However because they had tried to unionize with their fellow workers and advocate for their patients about what awful patient care it would be to drop several people at once (the company did not listen) the CEO went ahead and fired them and others. This is union busting and frankly its disgusting. One star.”
“This place was the exact opposite of receiving any help. I couldn’t have been more clear while singing up that I can’t afford to pay their prices and I took out an insurance policy that supposedly covered their cost. I asked them to bill the insurance asap so I’d know if it actually covered the therapy. I called back in every month to ask and only to find out three different times that the never even put my card on file let alone tried to bill it. So after 3 months I found out the insurance didn’t cover it. They said they would work with me on adjusting the bill. Then a few days later I got a full bill.. They lied to me about pricing. Said that no visit will be over $200 and each visit was $265 to $365. They charged me $80 to take a questionnaire as well..??? When I tried to call in and talk to them about it I got laughed at. And they literally showed zero interest in working with me in any way. I went there because I needed help mentally and I was 100% clear with them. They lied about everything. The therapy was literally like telling a stranger my problems and now I “owe” them thousands of dollars!!!???”
“My experience has been good, except the fact I'm on my fourth therapist in about year. Each of my therapists have been great, but they don't seem to stick around. Stinks having to keep starting over. If my current therapist sticks around for at least two years I'd bump my review score up a star. Besides that one big gripe, my experience has been great.”
“I'm going to see this I've been dealing with my mental health since I was 18 years old and some days are better than other days but I have not ever been to a counseling place where their phone always goes to voicemail and you have to leave a message usually that happens every now and then because they're on the phone with another client but every time you call them you have to leave a message and you may not get a response right away and you could be going through a serious issue where you only want to talk to the person who knows you the counselor you have been talking to I think that they should at least have their phones on so people can get a hold of them and feel like they are important and their needs are important but it is a very nice environment nice location everybody is very nice friendly and they have a lot of great services to offer and they're even good at connecting you with other help you may need”
