My first evaluation with Nurse Practitioner Mary Mangan I asked for just one of my prescriptions: Ativan and she said “no” despite having been prescribed Valium and Ativan TOGETHER for over 10 years. After telling her I had no physical dependency for any drugs or any history therof. My second evaluation i saw: Dorcas Boursiquot, easily wins the Lifetime Achievement Award for the worst bedside manner of any Nurse Practitioner in my 43 years of life. The appointment didn’t last 60 seconds. I asked for a completely different drug for a completely different psychiatric diagnosis, Adderall for ADD and the provider said “no I’m not prescribing you Ativan.” I replied harshly “I didn’t ask you for Ativan I asked you for Adderall, she says: I don’t prescribe Adderall for adults with ADD. I then replied even harsher: “then you have no business working in psychiatry thanks for wasting my time.” “Dorcas replied “I don’t know why they scheduled you with me, and repeated I don’t prescribe adults with ADD Adderall, call the front office tomorrow and schedule with another provider.” I called the office the next day and they confirm with me that Provider: Dorcas Boursiquot writes adults with ADD Adderall scripts to other patients and that my second evaluation is complete and you are now discharged from the practice, but I never got an actual discharge letter which is also highly unethical that should be certified mail. Synopsis: I asked to be provided refills on medications I’d been taking successfully for more than a decade with Harmony Professional Counselling’s Dr. David Frankel. But because of the tech layoffs I haven’t worked since Q1 2024. And Dr. Frankel is slowly retiring and moved his cash patients to Dr. Eddlestien and I can no longer afford their services, especially a $200 new patient visit to see a different provider for an established patient at the same practice where a visit is $65.”

You had the audacity to use a HORRIBLE assessment in the comp assessment that left ZERO room for nuances causing the information that was going to be fed to the psychiatrist to be misleading in terms of true depth and potential over lapping diagnosis. Not to mention you took MONTHS to even get her an eval appointment, where I went for treatment got me in and evaluated in a matter of days, get it together. Not to mention that you allow medications to be prescribed to people with zero therapeutic intervention. Do you know I could lie about my mental health get the drugs I want from you go sell em and make a quick buck? Your company single handedly is why people who need genuine care fail to receive QUALITY care. As I said we canceled all of her appointments last night, we can’t manually delete her client portal on our own, I’m listed as an emergency contact, go ahead and find me.”
