What patients say on Google

“Katie is wonderful for my kiddo. She really listens and understands how to talk to my child and make her feel heard. Love her insight and tips for me as well.”
Bobbie Culver
“My child has been going here since the end of December. They switched systems, which caused us to fill out paperwork more than once. Thats fine, I dealt with that. I called them to pay MY bill when I noticed they hadn't taken money off the debit card they require on file. Then today, my sons appointment that he has had since January was no longer in their system bc the new system only allows you to go so far out. They dont have a system in place to catch these things. So now we are without therapy this week and thankfully the person they put in his spot agreed to move to a different spot because if not we were basically told you are SOL. They said they have all kinds of phone calls, spreadsheets and see all kinds of people. They arent crisis center but close to it and he just fell through the cracks. Not everyone can leave work and pull their child from school to take them to therapy especially when its not my fault they didn't catch his appointments were no longer on the system.”
Morgan Heffernan
“Candy is wonderful. We are so grateful for her and the work she has done with our son.”
Belle Taylor
“I love lemon-aid! She makes me actually want to go and I actually feel better by the end of it. At first I didn’t find the right one but someone told me about her and once I met her I was so excited. She actually makes therapy tolerable. I love her so much. Not like that but I could go days how great she is. Lemon-aid is awesome and so is all the people who work there!!!”
