“The DOI received a letter from Dr. Venugopal that falsified my statements given to the government. I have all the proof in the emails I saved from the owner of the treatment center and a care manager. She “quoted” me and blamed me for things I never Said or did, this is a legal issue at this point for defamation of character to the government. Do not trust her words.”
