How likely are you to recommend Leidos QTC Health Services?
What patients say on Google
“Very rude and dismissive provider (last name is Slater). Front desk is not welcoming at all, they don’t explain anything to you. One of them has AirPods on and just tells you to take a seat. Overall very unprofessional and unwelcoming.”
“Well it's been a few days since I haven't reviewed the place. But honestly it was good the workers are knowledgeable, it's very well clean, and small. Other than the distance from Sharyland to Weslaco is a pain. This location wasn't. I don't about those other older veterans but y'all need to learn about patience, and attitudes Hurry up, and wait. But nice well done”
“Had an awesome experience. The front desk was very friendly and the provider was professional and listened to what I had to say.”
“My experience with Emily Mayfield was extremely disappointing. From the start, she came across as dismissive and self-centered. Instead of listening to my concerns and giving me the opportunity to explain my situation, she seemed more focused on being “right” than on actually understanding what I was saying. Her attitude felt narcissistic — she made the evaluation about herself rather than about me, the veteran she was supposed to be helping. I walked away feeling unheard, invalidated, and frustrated. A PSC should show empathy, patience, and professionalism, but unfortunately, Emily Mayfield did not demonstrate any of those qualities during my evaluation. I hope others don’t have to go through the same kind of experience I did. Veterans deserve respect and to be taken seriously, not treated like an inconvenience. Veteran! Call your health service and tell them to send you somewhere else do not go here!”
