Instead, I was called one hour before and my appointment was cancelled. after leaving this review, Dr. Byrd was able to meet with me so i could still have a later appointment. i appreciated that they were willing to make it right!”

“I came to see a psychiatrist for med management and paid $250 OOP. She appeared more nervous than I was, was tapping her leg the entire time and often looking away. I spoke to someone at the office prior about what I was looking for and my specific needs, only for them not to be met whatsoever by the practitioner or her colleague.
