“This place sucks! Got here at 3:00 appointment was at 315.. I understand you get backed up! But seriously and hour and a half i wasnt even seen yet.. 4:30 and still waiting! something simple as a well check. Do better! Kids aren't the easiest when your waiting!”

“Took my baby for his appointment and they made me wait for over 1 hour just to get him in. I asked front office after 45 min and she said “they are waiting for a room” but surprisingly people that got there after me got called in first within minutes. ( I got there at 10:40am appointment was at 10:45 am they called him after 12 ,that’s ridiculous!”

“Building has diagonal cracks in walls in some rooms it’s near doors, gaps as big as ¼ inch between walls and ceiling in some rooms, the paintjob on the walls is mediocre it’s chipping and is easy to be peeled, doors swing open or slam shut if not fully closed, structural foundation feels uneven, some rooms feel unventilated while others are cold which I feel is an HVAC/airflow imbalance, walls feel hollow and flimsy, baseboards and trim looks uneven and poorly attached, and some ceiling tiles are stained with rust and are loose and sagging.”
