“I would not recommend anybody to see Lisette Stapleton. I was her patient for 6 months and over that time I noticed a complete lack of empathy from her. She was very critical of my appearance because I suffer from a hair pulling condition called trichotillomania. She would regularly tell me my boyfriend will leave me because it’s unattractive. As someone who also suffers from borderline personality disorder hearing that would not feel good at all. Especially since it’s not true. The last appointment I had with her was a few days after my mother passed away and I was not given space to grieve and speak about my loss. Instead she brought up my hair pulling condition and how it’s unattractive. I wish I stopped seeing her sooner.”

She is very helpful empathetic. I know there are many negative reviews but from my personal experience seeing my therapist since October of last year has been a positive one.”

“OMG! I was referred to this provider from a close friend, and they happened to take my insurance…. So, I made an appointment! I was very skeptical at first with all the negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! It’s a beautiful facility! The atmosphere is very relaxing & clean. The therapist I met with was very warm & welcoming. She also made me feel very comfortable/ safe to open up with… this is a must with therapy. The other thing you have to remember with therapy is you don’t always click with your 1st therapist… you gotta keep trying til you find one that works best with you! So just try it out… the worst that can happen is you don’t like it and you don’t go back!”
