“Sabrina Croff is an amazing Counsler. She has given me such GREAT advice like breathing exercises to calm myself down. I did them and continue to do them (although I did not think they would work). She has also taught me ways to deal with my anger properly and healthy because I would yell terrible things and break doors, punch holes in my walls. Now I am not doing that anymore, thanks to Sabrina. I am trying to change my anger patterns and do healthy things. Without her suggestions I would not be where I’m at now. “The incompetence in this office is just mind blowing. Do not take your child here if you care abut them. It took nine months for me to get the psychological testing done from these people. Then, when they finally send me the psychological testing report, they keep putting that my daughter is a male, and that she goes to junior senior high, mind you she's ten years old. I've asked them three times to fix this, and each time they keep putting that, she's a male. Again the incompetence is mind blowing. These people are so incompetent, it's ridiculous. And on top of it, i've been waiting for a referral for aba therapy, that I still haven't received, and it's been over four months. This place is a joke. Do not take your child here if you care about him or her. I am done with this place. From day one, i've had a problem with this place. And they always seem to want to blame somebody else instead of taking responsibility for there incompetence. So recap, here it is a year later, and I still haven't gotten anything done with these people because for their incompetent.”

“First evaluation was virtual. The therapist didn't really appear to be listening. She looked like she just rolled out of bed, very unprofessional. Didn't look at the screen once and pretend she was listening. Was told we needed more testing and someone would contact me next week. 2MONTHS LATER, no word from anyone, for 3 weeks I wrote in the portal, called and left messages, finally emailing someone to get answers. They called me to tell me that I must go to the port st Lucie office and I had no choice in the matter to basically take it or leave it. I was fuming. This is suppose to be helpful for kids and its a joke. I am very upset and disappointed it took me writing a nasty email to get any type of response from the offices. I know the office won't read this nor do anything about it either. This place is a joke. Don't waste your time. They dont want to help.”
