“After being on a wait-list for two years my son was finally accepted at Lee Specialty Clinic, and we have had our first three appointments there as well as labs drawn. I cannot speak highly enough about the office staff, nurses, nurse practitioners and physicians. It's nice to have different types of medical care all under one roof, where they can easily consult with each other about their patients. I wish every community had a facility like this one for special needs adults. W.e are fortunate to have this in Kentucky”

“My son Chandler came in to see Dr Atkins. My son has not walked in a year. I've taken him to five different doctors and all of them couldn't figure out what's wrong with him. When I took him to Dr Atkins and told her what was going on she reassured me that "we were going to get to the bottom of this"and that she did!!!! She referred us to another doctor that specializes in the spine and he found out what was wrong with my son. he's going to have spine surgery in the next 2 weeks and he'll be up walking in no time. Every time I take Chandler to Dr Atkins she's always ready to help and takes time to listen. I don't know what we do without her, she's a godsend. I would highly recommend the lees clinic. “In my 20 years of experience I have never dealt with a clinic of the type. I have several clients who switched to the lee clinic from their regular doctors and it has been a complete nightmare. 3 times in the last few months we showed up for a appointment and were turned away because the doctor called in. We received no word that the appointments had been cancelled. One of our clients was taken off crucial medications which resulted in up to 4 hospitalizations and one incarceration. Medications were not replaced with other medications and follow up was two months later. During this time period we received no help from the lee clinic. Visits to the lee clinic have lasted anywhere from 2 hours and once a 5 hour visit. Dentists visits have been extreme in that some of our clients were seen up to 4 times in a very short time period. One client was given a test on his first visit and several weeks later during the follow up they wanted to do the same test and declined when I told them the client had already been given that test and it was not required but once a year. Very bad experience. I will recommend no one else to this clinic.”

“So, my initial review of this clinic was very bad due to the way the receptionist who answered the phone treated me. BUT--after writing my Google review--I filled out the contact form and told the clinic how she treated me. I was very happily shocked when-within the hour-the Chief Clinical Advisor of the clinic responded offering to help me in any way he could. Though I have yet to go there or to talk to him, that act of compassion and caring earns them a 5 star review. Thank you for taking the time, sir. It meant more than you could know.”
