“Leaving a review because this seems to be the only place where people get responses. Funny how the office staff and their lack of information actually worsens my mental health. I have been a patient here for some time now and am having continued issues caused by the same staff member - Britney. I have been overcharged by Lee Behavioral Health twice now because of an "entry error". In addition to entering billing information incorrectly, she would not return my calls, even when I called 8+ times in one month. I finally decided to escalate things. I have tried to address my concerns before only to be ignored by the office manager. Finally, some office manager from another area of Lee Health reached out because the Lee Behavior Health Office Manager was "too" busy. I was told things would improve but clearly, they have note. Now the same issues are happening again and only this Britney person has the answers, because apparently, she is the gatekeeper of all knowledge at Lee Behavioral Health. I love my doctors but this has to be the worst office staff I have ever dealt with. While I am not a proponent of punishing people because we are all humans, there does come a time when someone is just not good at their job.”
