What patients say on Google
“I would give it 5 stars if I was only rating Dr. Behan, who is absolutely the best doctor I have ever had. Patient, understanding, actually hears your concerns. As far as everything else, it is impossible to get them on the phone, requiring you to leave voicemails or select an option that you don't need (e.g. calling the scheduling line to speak to someone in the pre-authorization department). They do not return phone calls. Ever. I have had an issue with each of my medications every month and they have yet to get ahold of me, even a single time. They tell you your appointment is at a certain time only to learn when you get there, your appointment is even later. The only reason I have yet to find a new office is because of Dr. Behan.”
“I am grateful for their existence and what their services have helped me with, but it is hard work keeping them holding up their half of responsibilities. The prescription refill system is a stressful mess. I am hyper vigilant about my med routine, and always attend appointments. Something gets messed up half of the time, even if i do everything they tell me to and in the timeframe they tell me to. For a less resilient human, this would be defeating and a struggle to keep on top of. Withdrawal from these kinds of medication are not to be taken lightly, and being sick and needing help from that and the original issues at hand are scary possibilities that lead to a whole day or two or more of missed normal life, work, etc. this is not a new or isolated experience.”
“My son was in a full manic state for weeks after stopping his meds. Police got involved, got the 302 warrant, LECOM instantly released him, said he was fine. Now 6 days later he is arrested and in jail due a full blown manic situation.”
“I am mad I had to give a star! Everything was pleasant up until time to check out. Dr. Martoine was awesome, as well as the lady upfront who checked us in. The lady at checkout was very rude to say the least, being in customer service you should never treat people the way she did me. There was a plaque with her name on it that I was scanning the QR code she quickly and quite Viciously Pulled the board back so I cannot scan the QR code, She says what are you doing? I said, isn’t that what it’s there for ? For customers and patient to leave a review??? I have never ever been treated so horribly in a doctors’s office! Terrible terrible customer service skills, and quite frankly should be removed, very unacceptable, very unprofessional, and just plan wrong. I also will be calling a manager as soon as I get home.”
