“Horrible experience. I made an appointment with Lauren over the phone, and when I arrived at her office she wasn't there. She put the blame on me and said it was supposed to be a virtual visit. But when she checked her email she realized it was in office. She could barely utter the words I'm sorry. She was very rude, and continued to probe me with questions regarding what my appointment was originally for. She said "Please remind me I forgot." Very unprofessional to even ask these questions instead of apologizing and trying to make it right. On top of all this, I was required to pay before the appointment and I was charged $300 before I even got there, only to find out she forgot to come to office that day. Some people have no people skills and she is one of them. I warn those who want to make an appointment with Lauren.”
