“I gave it 3 stars souly for how amazing the secretary was and I liked the intake person who was also the manager. However, the lady who does the medication is completely checked out! I take certain meds. My ADHD med needed a prior authorization. I waited over a month, maybe more before I gave up and left. My new psychiatrist got my authorization done in a day! A day I say! lol The psychiatrist lady I met several times, did absolutely nothing, said very little, never looked up from her computer, blamed my prior auth on the staff even though she is ultimately responsible. I needed that medication. This is not a game!”
