“They've been nothing but unprofessional to me since the first day I had a consultation about Spravato. Was scheduled for noon that day since they had nothing in the afternoon and I write my appointment times while I'm on the phone, I get there at the time they told me and then was stuck there for 3 more hours because they had down 2pm instead of noon lile I was told, I was gaslight by the ladies at the desk , one said in a very nasty tone " we would NEVER make a noon appointment" another one came out to apologize and said " sometimes people misunderstood NOON AND TWO, so there wasn't an ounce of apology or accountability, I will say Dr. Mashi is awesome but to get to him seems like a huge deal.. so then I kept calling after that day about the prior authorization and wanting to schedule my appointments and nobody would return my call, not once.. now a month later they finally called and we scheduled every appointment for the month, I rely on Medicaid transportation and they need a medical professional to call and have them verify for so many appointments in 1 month, I called again today to let them know and they" don't do that "! It's a direct request from medicaid!! With Spravato you can't drive home after, they REFUSED to call them to confirm for me (a patient who has treatment resistant depression) so I got sick of wasting my time with all of the employees that I just cancelled everything, they aren't concerned with someone's mental health at all and now I have nowhere else to call for this treatment.. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, they are extremely unprofessional by not returning any phone calls, took forever to send in my prior authorization and refuse to make calls on your behalf because "we don't do that" it's quite ashame that this Dr. Is losing patients because of his staff, this has been unsettling the entire time I've attended”

“Yep - the other reviews are true. So I called ahead today and was told I wouldn't be seeing him at my appointment time. Why? There was another patient ahead of me, and the Dr. hadn't even arrived yet. I immediately canceled. Advice? Get Dr. Feelgood to write your scripts/med card then find a reliable telemed provider to refill them. Yes, I will be stopping by to pick up a paper copy of my appointment cancellation today, since they were so reluctant to email it.”

“I love everyone at landmark health !! I’ve been a patient since 2018 and let me tell you landmark changed my life !! Taylor at the front desk has a great personality! And always makes me smile and feel welcome, a few times I had to bring my 4 year old with me she loves coming to landmark with me she just chills on the couch while I do my tox fast non of the staff ever cares and they always come say hi to my daughter !! I’ve had some bumps in my life the past 2 years deaths in family having to travel and bre was a breath of fresh air i miss her so much. She really went out of her way to make sure id be able to get my meds and set up a phone appointment when i was out of town last year. Also Jenn and Cheyanne are both so friendly amazing and helpful !! Rose who I seen first initially in 2018 was great they don’t judge you and they do truly care for their patients. Finding out I had adhd in my early 30s and reaching out for help the meds I take daily changed my life !! I don’t understand all the bad reviews on google? Yes sometimes it’s a wait for meds but us patients sign a form saying that it can take 48 hours !! Dr Masci is a human he isn’t a robot and sometimes things take a little bit !! Usually if I message on the portal if it’s been a few days later that day they make sure my meds get sent over !! I’ve never personally been seen by doctor Masci but he is a good person. Constantly trying to find ways to help peoples mental health !! Like above and beyond ways !! I just wanted to personally thank everybody at landmark health !! My life has changed in so many positive ways since being a patient and opening up about my issues. This place has went above and beyond for me a few years back when my meds needed prior auths and a handful of other things. Thank you all for being the kind caring people you are !! “Quoting another review: The most unprofessional group of "professionals" you'll ever find. I couldn’t have said it better. At a minimum, Dr. Maschi will be an hour and a half late for every visit. I was his first appointment of the day and he strolled into the building wearing scrubs and holding his coffee looking like he just rolled out of bed a whole 2 hours after our scheduled appointment time. He will interrupt and blab to you off-topic the entire time you’re in his office about this and that, how awesome his last job was. “Glow in the dark butterflies,” yada yada yada. He has a lot of backwards beliefs like: it’s not important how many hours of sleep you get because you’ll be able to function exactly the same whether it’s 2 hours or 8 hours. And that you can eat as much sugar or butter as you want because the idea of them being unhealthy is “made up.” There were times where he’d excuse himself mid-appointment to take care of other business. The prescriptions he sent to my pharmacy were either WEEKS late or forgotten altogether. On top of this, he and the medical department are completely unavailable outside of appointments. On the other hand - his fiancée - the office therapist Kelly is so unprofessional that she should have her license revoked. Thankfully, the wait time for her was only half as long as Maschi’s- if you’re lucky enough to be there after she cancels on you 3x in a row. From talking about her own problems the entire time and using me as her personal therapist to inviting me over to her house and offering to pick me up, I can’t believe she still has her job. Her and Maschi made up the worst support team I’ve ever had in my life.”
