What patients say on Google

“This was the most incredible experience I've ever had with an outpatient clinic. I was with a client who was struggling with suicidality and just needed some additional support, so we went to the clinic together to see if we could put together a more supportive care plan. We were met kindly with welcoming faces, reminded regularly about the amenities available in the "living room" and were able to spend time with various different resources to determine which options worked best for them. The staff is well educated, compassionate, and very welcoming. They always reminded my client that they were welcome to leave at any point they needed to, reminding them that this was a clinic focused on meeting their needs and assisting them. Also, I can't forget to mention the Peer Support Aids! They were so understanding in how much emotional and mental toll making a million phone calls can be on someone experiencing serious emotional distress. They handled all the scheduling and phone calls for my client! I am THRILLED that this is such a great resource available in the Lancaster community and I'm so appreciative for their willingness to meet people where they're at. 10/10 would recommend. This is a resource I will actively share this resource with everyone I know.”

“I have trouble finding mental health professionals who don’t bring my appearance into the equation. I guess I don’t “look sick enough” to ever be taken seriously along with obvious prejudices. Didn’t help or follow through/follow up with anything. I’m forced to believe there is no such thing as help if you don’t look like someone who deserves help… this experience and experiences like this make people feel so defeated.”

“This place is really special. Especially if you’re struggling to find care and need support and somebody to listen.”

“It's a waste of time there you go to get help and get denied but charge your insurance money that's how they're suppose to making it bigger and so called better I'm in crisis for mental health and can't get it there if you want help I would find a different place to go”
