“So disappointed in the service here. Everything was fine until I rescheduled an appointment with at least a week or ten days before the appointment. At that time I was told I would need to pay upfront to book before another session. I was a little confused but I said no worries. However I was attempting to get documents from doctor to doctor, and when I explained my situation and asked for help navigating, as I could not get in touch with the doctor I needed a signature from, they kept texting me the same thing over and over like all of a sudden it was a robot texting me. They would not take or return my phone calls to ask questions. Then when i said I felt it was unprofessional, they immediately sent me a letter saying I was no longer a patient there. Never waste your money on Elan and group.”

“Dr. Fluitt is truly a breath of fresh air. I somehow found him by the Grace of God after leaving my old doctor who was rude to me and would take advantage of me. Here, I really feel heard and understood, never judged, just a feeling of a super competent psychiatrist who cares about my individual case and needs. He also makes it so easy to reach him if ever a problem arises. I am so super thankful I found him! I cannot speak more highly of him and his practice.”
