“I arrived early for my first appointment with Dr Renee Lamm. It’s been awhile/years since I’ve needed or accepted help for my issues. I was told it might be a bit of a wait. I was forewarned and I was not fussed at all. The front office staff were so kind. It was easy to fill out the information and forms. While I waited for my turn I had a book to read and in between I walk to the window and saw a bird bringing food to two(I think) baby birds. Their beaks were about the size of the tip of narrow tweezers. So cute…I smiled. If you want to see the best Doctor …know you will need to wait. The time she provides for you is just like the time Dr Renee provides for others. Just bring something fun to do…read, sew, play computer games, bring your phone or iPad to catch up on emails, texts or the news. After my wait time I was called in by Dr Renee. So many questions went through my mind… Will she understand me? Can she help me? Will she like me? Will we get on ok? Did I dress too casual? Did I mention my mind goes a mile a minute or a second. Anyway… Dr Renee introduce herself and she asked me if I wanted something to drink? My preference was some coffee. Off she went to get that. I was beyond impressed. I looked around her office and saw impressive degrees and awards on the wall. Dr Renee came back with coffee, cream, and sugar. Off she went to get something for herself. Again alone in her office I looked around at the decor. It was all soothing. Professional and yet friendly at the same time. When Dr Renee returned we chatted a bit. Once I got to talking I could not stop. Big surprise there …Not. Time flew by. I was most relaxed. I had homework to do. I was so very impressed with her professionalism, kindness, and directness. It was totally refreshing. I knew I was in great hands. Update: November 6, 2025 Today I was back for another appointment. Dr Renee met my roommate. We all got on well. I signed a release so Bev could join us. Bev knows me so well we have no secrets. I believe this was good to give insight to some of my issues I needed to take care of. I found it works for me to speak with photos and things going on the past three months. I make a list of topics. I competed the homework and reached my short term goals. I could tell Bev was very relaxed with Dr.Renee as well. Bev spoke up as I tried to included her in the conversation and Bev added great insight. The appointment went quickly again. Time just flies. Dr.Renee is absolutely wonderful. She is direct and understanding. I have homework again. The homework is more difficult as we go on. I do believe it is all healing and helping. I’m thrilled to be a client of Dr Renee. Thank you bunches.”
