When I had not received a link 15 minutes before, I called them and they said they had failed to book the appointment and had nothing available for the month.”

“Dr Carducci and Dr Burbach are both amazing. The low rating is because their receptionist apparently decides whether your medical emergency gets passed on to the doctors. A five day panic attack because she refused to pass the message on to the Dr because I didn’t make a payment that day. Receptionists shouldn’t be able to decide if you can get the help you need!!!”
