“Only giving a 3 star due to the billing side. I love my therapist and psychiatrist so so much. But, if you get even a payment behind they cancel all of your appointments and even when you set up a payment plan and try to pay you still get hounded. Therapy and psychiatric care is so costly even with insurance. Especially if you have chronic issues or cancer to deal with bills on top of. But, I love the doctors there! Not everybody has access to financial resources or access to free healthcare.”

“Carmel Saunders should not be allowed to see patients. Absolutely horrible person and treatment. I called and spoke with the office manager, nothing was done. I wasn’t offered to see anyone else that has actual experience.. nothing. Warning do NOT come here!!!”
