What patients say on Google

“Lajeans is one of the best places me AND MY FAMILY have gone too. Dewan treats me like a person. Not like a mentally ill person. The medications she's put me on have helped so much. Dr.rob listens intently and always has good advice when it comes to dosages of medications. It's not too much and it's not too little. Every time I go there, I leave with a heart full of love and support. They really care. I love them. The whole team. They keep me accountable and treated. I hope everything is okay and they open back up soon!!!”

“I've been a patient with Lajean's Mental Boutique for the last approx. 3 years and they have truly REVIVED my life. The care and attention that they give is EXTRA SPECIAL and exactly what I needed. I am forever Grateful for Our Tender Care. THANK YOU DEWAN ROB”

“According to NURSYS, Dewan has had her license suspended. I'm writing this because somehow 1 week ago, there was a shining review on here for her office. She's been unreachable since her license was suspended on 1/16/25... also I'm hoping this will reach at least some who may STILL be waiting for her office to help them or tell them what's going on... like my mother. Move on. She doesn't care and she can't help you. Save yourself from scrambling to fill medications or having no one to help you if you're in crisis. Her website says "closed due to family emergency", yet her office sent an appointment reminder as recently as today(2/10). This place started out as a wonderful place with a caring health care provider (5 years ago), the past two years it has become beyond unprofessional, canceling patient appointments, and dishonest. From providers distracted by other tasks during your appointment (literally can see eyes darting around computer screen and typing while you're talking, then 5 minutes later asks you the same exact question/ constant interrupions), never being able to reach your provider for emergencies, to a receptionist that is so rude it triggers a panic attack every time you need to call the office. It was probably time for it to close honestly. When these issues were addressed, you get "we're growing" and havong "growing pains". They canceled my appointment the day before my meds were due, on 1/17/25 saying a family emergency. They were supposed to call about how I'd be getting medication refills... that never happened. These are medications, like a lot of medications, that cause severe effects if stopped abruptly. It is my understanding that for practitioners with their own practices, they are expected to have in place a colleague (from a different practice if needed) ready to cover their patients in situations the practitioner cannot oversee their care. Is it negligent to abandon patients like she has? I'm looking into it. You should too, if you're one of her abandoned patients.”

“Terrible how she was shut down due to compliance issues. If you're going to prescribe the meds, you need paperwork to back it up. It's not the first time either. My boyfriend is beside himself because she was truly helping him, but now his new Dr. wants him on meds he's been on before that didn't work. So so very sad:(”
