La Esperanza Clinic Chadbourne

“My son has turned 18 and has had to establish with a new provider. We had heard good things about many providers but the one that stood out to us the most was Monica Lozano at La Esperanza Clinic (San Angelo, US). We called to book an appointment and was able to get in super quick, Check in was smooth and easy. The MA was incredibly sweet and thorough. Monica came in and instantly made my son feel comfortable. She introduced herself , explained that now that he is 18 he will need to advocate for himself as I mom won’t always be with him at the appointments and he’ll need to be able to tell her when something isn’t right. She let him talk about his health and when he got stuck looked to me for help but let him continue after. She went over everything so thoroughly and made him feel like she really cared. He was nervous about finding a new provider, as he had been with his pediatrician for 18 yrs and they had a wonderful provider/ patient relationship. Monica definitely left an impression on him and us. We are so grateful to have chosen her. I personally have my own appointment with a La Esperanza provider coming up as my provider has left Shannon and I to had to find a new one. My hopes are set pretty high after this appointment.”
