“I called several times inquiring about your services, but the front desk person lacked the proper knowledge to help, and suggested I send an email to Kirk Little. I've waited a full business week for Kirk to respond to my email, and I even left a detailed voicemail, but he will not return my phone call, and he will not reply to my email. I am quite shocked at the unprofessionalism from this group! They are "playing" with people that have severe depression or other mental health disorders! I find it extremely disrespectful and unacceptable to ignore someone who is seeking help! I fully understand now why your business only has a 3.4 star review out of 5 stars. Communication is nonexistent and your front desk person lacks the education to provide potential clients the information they are inquiring about. Very unprofessional and unacceptable for a mental health provider! EDIT: Kirk Little finally returned my phone call after seeing my negative review on his website. He said he was confused about my messages, but never bothered to call, email, or ask specifically what the confusion was regarding.”

“I was referred to L&C Psychological Services through St. E Behavioral Health for ADHD diagnostic testing. I met with Dr. Kirk Little over a month ago. I felt validated and heard, but I took two tests over a month ago, followed up several times, and still do not have my results. I was told I would have them the same week. Frustrated is an understatement especially after being charged in full for two appointments. I don’t even know if the invoices were sent to my insurance provider so I can be reimbursed according to my coverage. Communication and follow up are seriously lacking here. I recommend going somewhere else if you’re looking for answers and advice.”
