What patients say on Google
“I share the opinion of many others in this thread. Klimbal is arrogant, rude, dismissive, and simply does not need to be in psychiatry. I have never had an appointment like this anywhere. I was a 10:30 appointment and was back in my vehicle at 10:37. She started the appointment with a snarky "why are you here?" that certainly sounded like she didn't think I needed any help from her or anyone else there. She also asked "your GP won't just fill this?" in a tone that was far less than kind. She took zero time to listen to anything I said aside from the seasonal affective disorder issues and said she'd see me in 8 months to put me on an anti-psychotic for that as she waived me out the door to go check out. I've had some interesting healthcare providers, but none have ever made me feel as small as this woman did. I will not be trying anyone else at this practice. Losing Dr. McReynolds was an absolute shame.”
“*I always look forward to my appointments 😊 * Welcoming - BIG SMILE 😁 GREETINGS from All I encounter. * The beginning is always tough. But after 9 years with Elena - of mutual respect and genuine compassion, "on both sides of the desk" 😉; The grace and strength of God opened the door to restoration, remission and revival.🙌 Blessings Beyond & Showered Upon. 🙏🤲 Deborah E "Cookie" Lankford 🍪”
“First of all she is not a doctor or a psychiatrist. She is a nurse practitioner. I saw her for a long while. After I told her that I have been on the same meds since 2012 she said that she was going to take me off my meds. You don't do that to someone who has been on psychiatric medication for that long. She finally agreed to let me see some else. Well he wasn't much better.”
“I agree with other reviewers. I will repeat the adjectives others have used--Condescending, dismissive, judgmental, arrogant, mean and rude. She should never be in this line of work. Those of us who need psychiatric help, need someone who can offer advice and a little TLC. I highly recommend that you find someone else.”
