“This practice is practically unresponsive and will ultimately ghost or ignore you. In hindsight I should have researched beforehand and would have found out there are other issues with this practice…… communication being one of them. If a practitioner is too busy for new clients or can’t set up appointments for psychological testing maybe put a disclaimer on the website or advise potential clients it may take a few days/weeks to respond. It’s been well over a month and still no response from Kremer. With so few practices in the area with supposed high ratings the irony of a Psychologist ignoring/ghosting someone is not lost on me. Perhaps she should take a step back and “assess” how to better communicate.”

Within a few weeks following testing, she provided an in-depth analysis of results in addition to her professional recommendations/recommended treatment plan if one is needed. Dr. Kremer has both the experience and ability to work with all age groups and potential learning challenges that each may be experiencing. She is incredibly easy to talk to and is genuinely a good human being. I've been through testing experiences with other providers and not had near the same quality of care.
