I addressed my inability to get through in the email and was contacted almost immediately by Angela Mulanax, The Director of Operations. This was only a cancellation, but a parent or client must be able to reach someone, if necessary, especially in a practice like this. She appeared to understand that and took it seriously. I found her response impressive.”

“Should have listened to the reviews first. For a company handling autism evaluations, the lack of compassion and professionalism is honestly disturbing. Families come in already stressed and vulnerable, yet this office seems more focused on policies and arguing with negative reviews than showing empathy or understanding. The 2.6 stars makes complete sense.”

In our initial intake appointment, Valerie was kind and explained things thoroughly and even made sure to be attentive to my son as we were there and used one of the observations as a note to add to our evaluation in the future. This immediately made me feel secure knowing they were beginning to help and pay attention at the very start. At our evaluation, he saw Valerie and Emily. He is very attached to me, so they allowed me to come with him to the room. They were patient, kind, and attentive. No issues at all! Since we live so far away, Valerie set up a video call appointment for our results. She explained everything thoroughly and paused between sections to ask if we had any questions.
