What patients say on Google
“Worst experience of my life. Nastiest lady on the planet. Absolutely disgusting woman who does the intakes. She assumed I was lying about my drug use. Why would I lie? Imagine even assuming I was lying at a place that is meant to be for help? Then she tried force me to sign something I didn’t want to that was completely irrelevant to my treatment. I simply just didn’t want that part of the service. It’s cuz the entire thing is an insurance scam or else how is she gonna get paid ? Legit embarrassing of a human being that lady is. The only help I recieved from this place was when I walked the door. She’s calling my name on the way out… couldn’t pay me to turn around. Idk how she sleeps at night.”
“This program and its staff gave up on me when they decided I was a lost cause. Recommended treatment that for me induced panic attacks and simply did not work for me in the past. Sorry I was struggling with addiction? I'm closing in on a year sober now without their poor guidance and found people who cared if I recovered. Thanks for giving up so I could find better resources. Not recommended.”
“Awful, the one thing you want when going into recovery is be surrounded by a supportive staff and the secretary at the front was so rude and curt I just walked out. Still upsetting to me a month later. Plenty of other programs nearby.”
“Never met a team that cares more about the wellbeing of their patients”
