How likely are you to recommend Knoxville Family Psychiatry?
What patients say on Google
“I cannot express enough gratitude for Knoxville Family Psychiatry. From the front desk staff to my personal relationship with my psychiatrist, everyone here has genuinely helped me have a better outlook on my mental health. It’s such a relief to know there are healthcare providers who truly care and have my best interests at heart. I honestly believe they’ve saved my life. I’m 25, and I know a lot of young adults like me come here, which makes it a really welcoming place for anyone navigating life in your twenties. I’ve been seeing Heidi Poore for a while now, and compared to my previous psychiatrist, it’s truly night and day. The way Heidi supported me when I opened up about substance abuse was such a positive experience. My mistakes were recognized, not shamed, which made all the difference. My mother also attends services here and has had wonderful experiences with Sarah Lord. While I can’t speak for everyone or every provider, I would 100% recommend Knoxville Family Psychiatry, especially if you’ve struggled to find safe, trustworthy mental health care in the past.”
“Excellent care done by Lori Stallings. While the front of the building has limited parking for staff, the back of the building has an ample parking lot for 301 Clark St, which is the address of the building. I highly recommend Knoxville Family Psychiatry for care regarding your mental health. My mental health is the best it has been for years under Lori’s care.”
“I have been seeing Lindsey for a few months now and I am so glad I came here. My mood is more stabilized and my mental health has improved immensely. Everyone is very nice, and Lindsey is amazing! My messages are responded to very quickly, my medications are called in as soon as my appointment is done, and they are quick to contact my insurance when there’s an issue. Highly recommend!”
“My provider confirmed they accept my insurance and are taking new patients however I have called multiple times throughout the week and have never gotten through. In fact, I typically am met with an answering machine saying the office is closed within their posted business hours. Unprofessional and glad I am going to get help elsewhere.”
