“Things started out well, after the first few visits we went virtual so that my son didn’t have to miss school. Every time we have had an appointment in the past 6 months the provider doesn’t sign on. I call the office after waiting 20-30 minutes to see if she will show up, they always tell me “her previous appointment is behind” and they just send refills for me & my son. My son has been having issues lately and I can’t talk to her because she is never available. Unfortunately, I have to find somewhere else. I think Kim has good intentions but it’s too much for her to keep up with. They take my $25 co pay and I never see or talk to a doctor. I’ve tried to stick it out but my son’s mental health is suffering from it. Time to make changes.”
