How likely are you to recommend KM Institute LLC?
What patients say on Google
“I booked an appointment with Dr. Hoffman in June, but as a new first-time mom, I forgot about it due to the busy nature of motherhood. Despite a reminder text on a holiday, I missed the appointment and had to cancel the rest since I couldn’t bring my baby along. I was charged a $300 no-show fee, which was reduced to $250, but I requested further reduction due to my circumstances. I understand the importance of keeping appointments, but as a new mom without family nearby, a bit more empathy would have been appreciated.”
“A therapist that is uncomfortable listening should not be in practice. That was literally Kristy Mckinnis’s job and she failed us. I don’t feel she should call herself “Dr”. Kristy: If you weren’t able to help, you should have communicated that early rather wasting years of my family member’s life.”
“Very unprofessional practice. Zero communication on their end, especially to important things like payments. Will take your money and leave it at that. Don’t get ripped off and find better places to take care of you. Do not recommend. Have to find another place to go to now.”
“I appreciate their thoroughness and care in testing and clinical services.”
