“Been a patient in Family practice (named when I first visited)over 20 years dr.Woodly was my doctor, then switched to a few doctors, included dr.TAMAKI,she is the best doctor!very kind ,and caring always do more thanks 100,% !Last year had a common cold and had made appointment to see her, wasn't available at the time I got Dr.RAMISH NASIR insisted, which was ok for me only for common cold not a big deal.so few months ago I was up for my yearly physical checkup, make a appointment for Dr. Tamaki because she was fully booked (patient love her she's good at what she does,I feel safe and comfortable with her)so I see doctor RAMISH NASIR again, did some blood work and few examines, was sent to see a allergic specialist in Poughkeepsie,and set up a follow up appointment 3 weeks after the allergic specialist appointment ,did some blood work and was prescribed pills and nasal spray, was told will call me when the results come back,but never did .So today may 11 2026 return to see dr.RAMISH NASIR, for follow up appointment he set up only for the allergic results!took a while FOR dr.RAMISH NASIR to come in ,was asked did I get the results I replied no, at first he said he didn't either, and I should call the office instead, I ask when am I here today! I'm not sick was ordered to come in today by you! He had no answer for that then started to gaze at the monitor, ad admitted he could get in fo for the blood work results.i know he didn't bother to do his part of work to care for me, as a patient I'm not comfortable for him to take care my wealth anymore.i rather travel farther to New Paltz to see DR. TAMAKI instead to get care that I need, the reason I post this ,to hope doctors need to know they have to do their part too .appreciate your attention sincerely Dominic Ng”

“They take forever. It’s filthy inside. There’s bugs. Everything is outdated. They don’t wipe down anything or wash their hands just throw on gloves. The hearing machine is dirty used both upstairs and downstairs. These new graduate doctors think they’re better than anyone including the staff they work with. No matter a janitor or doctor no one deserves to be treated like crap. Do better clean the building I dread coming here !!!! Oh and good luck using the bathroom door does not lock and there is a 3 cm gap that lets everyone see you peeing”

“Maybe something changed in how they operate but I've had a great time both scheduling my appointment and receiving care. Don't see what other people's problems are.”

“I am a social worker and am appalled by the way this office operates. I have tried to assist my clients with setting up appointments here as an advocate and have found the office staff to be unhelpful and disorganized. I just tried to call the office again to request assistance with rescheduling an appt for a patient who has been cancelled by their office 3x and was hung up on. There is no patient advocate information on their website. No way to contact a supervisor as a supervisor.”
