What patients say on Google

“Kim is so sweet and I would definitely recommend her for mental health medications. She never gives up on you even if it takes a while to find the perfect combination for you.”
Alyssa Lenhard
“I’ve been going to Kim Sadwick for a while and I have a strong relationship with her. When I leave her appointments I feel lighter. She is just amazing she truly cares about her clients. She is very nice and will give you the best advice. She sends you reminders for your appointments with her. Also the waiting area is so peaceful, relaxing, and comfortable. I highly recommend her!”

“I have no had experience with Kim as a practitioner, so I can’t speak about her capabilities there. However, I was desperately searching for a new psych provider and after a while of searching with no luck, I did find her page and website. She has online booking set up where you can create either an appointment or a new patient appointment. I filled out the information and scheduled a new patient appointment that had to be approved. A week after, I received an email that my appointment was denied without any reason whatsoever. Finding a provider right now is extremely hard, so I decided to at least reach out by phone to see if I could know why she declined my appointment and if she could guide me to any other resources. I felt like this was a reasonable ask. She, however, never returned my call. With that and the fact that she gave absolutely no reason to my declined appointment, I felt it was very unprofessional. This is especially important considering you have to feel out background information on the website and I had stated very recent hospitalizations and attempts. Now, of course, she’s not my provider, so she has absolutely no requirement to help me out but if she was a caring practitioner, I feel like she would’ve taken the steps to at least explain why and provided other resources and information to go forward. I feel like this was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. To add, it could be very possible that she did decline me for the information that I did state, which I would accept if I had known that because she may have not had the capacity to take that on right then or at all. I don’t want to be connected with someone who won’t fit my needs. What I take issue with is the disregard of my outreach and the lack of providing any additional resources.”

“Absolutely love Kim. Amazing practitioner, actively listening and hears what im saying. Allows patients to take the lead in their health. If I suggest something i think will help me she does not write it off she considers it and asks me about my idea and more often than not agrees with me. Love kims patient led approach. It is nice to control my own healthcare. Everyone deserves a practitioner like Kim.”
