“I lost my health insurance and got on Medicaid and they don't accept. I was on Xanax and they wouldn't even give me my refill without coming in and paying $150 cash for my appointment so I had to stop taking it cold turkey. They were rude to me about my change in insurance. Very unprofessional and unethical”

“I was referred to this place by my insurance. I called several times to schedule an appointment. The office manager Jacqueline was not only rude, but she was not helpful at all. When I called the last time in dire need for help she was totally disrespectful and hung up on me. I’m shocked that she’s able to be the manager of this facility with her attitude, her lack of compassion and her disrespectful Tone. I would not suggest going here to anyone because of her. This has been the worst experience for me lately, and she totally increased the stress in my life. I’m thankful that she did this because I will not be going to this place at all. If they hired her to manage the front of the office I can only imagine what the doctors are like. Please do not go here. I’ll check back to make sure my review is still here. Hopefully, she does not respond. I don’t need any more disrespect. If you’re having depression or anxiety, don’t call and talk to Jacqueline because she definitely will make it worse. She’s a Mean spirited person that does not do her job and is so so rude. What a great look for a mental health facility. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau as well.”

“I currently see Michelle and she is 10/10 the best therapist I have ever seen. She makes me feel at ease and as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community that is a big deal. Looked for a therapist for over 5 years and I am so glad I found her. Also a bonus that she accepts state insurance 😊 The receptionists are both extremely kind, office has a great vibe.”

“I truly wish I could give them 0 stars, I have never ever felt so unimportant and disregarded by a mental health facility. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I waited months for my appointment only for it to be canceled twice. The third time I never even heard from the therapist when I was told I would be getting a phone call at a specific time. I waited an hour past our scheduled time, still heard nothing. I could've already gotten into another therapist in the time I've waited and waited to see this therapist. I am so disappointed and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know about my horrible experience here!”
