“I loved my counselor there, but I do not recommend them at all (my counselor has since left their practice). Their billing is inconsistent and when you attempt to reach someone in billing, there is no one ever available to take the call or return your call. I attempted to call and speak to someone on and off for an entire year, with no response back. Finally, a year later, one of the owners answered but was extremely rude when I called to try and resolve my issue. There are so many other great counseling services in this area. I would never recommend them based off this inconsistency with billing issues alone. The psychNP that handled my medication was very nonchalant as well and appointments with him are only virtual with very limited time slots. Not very accommodating for people who actually have to work 9-5.”
