Keystone Health Crisis Intervention

“The person I talked to on the night of July 7th was very nice too me and helped me as much as she could and actually took the time to just listen to me and let me talk without just automatically sending me to crisis. I think her name was Olivia she was great. The reason for the 1 star rating is because when I called the next day in after 5pm I was told that they will not talk to me unless I was in danger of hurting myself or someone else. I feel like they should talk to you even if your not suicidal because when you are having bad thoughts that can lead to fealing suicidal and if they would just talk too me and let me vent and just try and help me much more than just sending me straight to crisis. I tell people all the time there is nobody to talk too after 10pm in this area. The reason being is because the WARM help line at MHA closes at 10pm. Sad world we live in now a days.”

“THIS CRISIS LINE IS A JOKE IF YOUR NOT TO THE POINT WHERE YOU WANT HURT YOURSELF OR IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PLAN TO HURT YOURSELF DON'T CALL .... CAUSE THEY CAN'T SUCK YOUR INSURANCE AND HAVE NO TIME TO TALK AND RECOMMEND COUNSELING WITCH IS OK.. BUT AT THE SAME TIME WHAT WOULD YOUR COUNSELOR HAVE YOU DO AFTER HOURS 🤔 ANSWER CALL CRISIS SO AGIAN THIS CRISIS LINE IS A JOKE !!!!!!”

“All they do is talk your child down from the current issue. Two days in a row now, taken by ambulance to crisis, and after 3 hours they are calling saying she is ready for discharge. Guess we will see them again tomorrow. They don’t care if your child can be kept safe or not, as long as they are currently deescalted. I think my daughter actually enjoys all the attention.”

“My adult daughter was having suicidal thoughts. We were sent away because she didn't have a "suicide plan." We were told to return if she made a plan. Wth?????”
