What patients say on Google

“I like my doctor Andy and my therapist Ariel but I have to say something. I have been going here for many years and suffer with Treatment Resistant Depression and the treatments they offer at Keystone Behavioral Health do not help with that and the only thing that helps is VNS but they refuse to help me out with the management of my device. Instead they make me drive to Hershey PA just for a doctor to look at the settings on the device and say it’s good. It must just be a Chambersburg physiatrists thing because none of the doctors in Chambersburg PA are educated enough to handle treatment resistant depression nor do they care to learn about it either they rather just keep pushing medicine that turns you into a zombie and you will have no good moods or down moods you will feel nothing with all the meds they prescribe you. When I go in for my appointments with my doctor he is usually about an hour late but me as the patient is expected to be there at the scheduled time. The doctors should just end the appointment like the therapist do when the time is up. It’s not fare for the patients too have to wait for the doctor for so long we have lives too. Oh and they also also scheduled me for a stupid video appointment with Dr. Mania because he wouldn’t see me in person like a real Doctor would but I never did get to have that appointment that I really needed because they canceled it 1 hour after they scheduled me. What a joke of a place. Whoever runs this place should be ashamed of how terrible of a job they do.”

“I have Been going to this office for multiple years now. I have had 3 different doctors. I have been with doctor Farqui now for 3 years and I have to say that he is one of my 3 favorite Drs. He's always honest and down to earth. He listens and does not judge at least from my experience. Dealing with recovering addicts is never easy for anybody. But it seems like a walk in the park with him.”

“Had great care from Dr. Goodwin (no longer in contract), and Dr. Coffman. They both take the time to listen, and care about their patients.”

“Dr Fariqui is a great doctor. Khristina His nurse and the doctor have been a great help to me. Be going there 2 1/2 years and I feel they have saved my life. Never have to wait long and are understanding to my many reschedules I’ve had to do since I don’t drive and need to find rides for my appts. I recommend this facility”
