“I've been a patient of Keys Of Hope (Dr. Alison) for many years now & out of all the doctors I've seen through the years she is the best one that I've ever had. She has actually helped me with all my health problems & concerns (both physically and mentally). I honestly don't know how I made it through by seeing the other drs. Dr's that didn't care for or about me, working as a dr just for the money, working for bigger companies, or just didn't care about me & my health. Well she isn't any of these at all. On my first appointment I explained ALL my heath concerns/problems, both physical & mental. She actually listened to me taking notes & asking questions along the way. At the end of my appointment she talked to me like a concerned friend about what we needed to do to help fix or even get rid of ALL of them by starting with the most concerning & problematic & then working our way up to the others. Referring me out to trusted specialty drs that she's dealt with & trust when needed, who she said she'd go to if she personally ever needed their services. The appointment lasted about 1.5 to 2 hours total, which included my wait time (which by the way was only about 5-10 minutes). It was a pretty long visit, for even my first time seeing her, compared to other dr offices. By doing that she actually showed me that she cared & was not just getting me in & out so she could see the next patient. She was very compassionate, caring, & understanding. The best doctor experience that I've ever had. She's had me as a patient ever sincey forst visit then & I wouldn't change her for any other dr. out there and I'd recommend her to anyone who has any kind of problem that needs to be looked at & treated by a caring and understanding doctor.”

“Extremely hard to get a hold of, I left a voicemail and messaged their page on Facebook, weeks later after not hearing anything back she messaged me asking if I was going to make it to an appointment I wasn't aware was made. Then we agreed to an appointment date and time. When I arrived for my appointment, the door was locked, no one answered when I knocked, the phone number went to a voicemail that wasn't set up and I message via Facebook again and haven't heard anything back. Very disappointing experience.”
