“The reception staff and intake process is completely terrible. They do not care about the patients. They never called to start intake process. When I called them, I was told someone will be in touch if they decide to accept me for counseling services. “If they decide to accept me”…… after a month went by with no contact from them, they still hadn’t even “reviewed my referral” nor attempted to schedule an appointment. extremely unprofessional. I have never had a health business operate in such a careless fashion. The receptionist was rude when I asked questions and when I inquired about my referral a month ago. She treats people like they are numbers and could care less. I asked her to reach out to the other department to check the status of the process. I was told they don’t do that and won’t give any estimate as to when you’ll be assisted in any way. She made a phrase that I’m simply a number. Do not go here. They don’t care about patients especially cruel being people are seeking mental health resources. They are callous, careless and unprofessional.”
