“Keri was fully booked for two month out, so we were recommended to work with Dr. Fiorillo. My daughter had one session with Dr. Fiorillo, virtually, the dial in information was shared 5 minutes after the session suppose to start. My daughter's comment to Dr. Fiorillo:" she was not really interested into others' feeling or trying to make any efforts to." As a follow up to the initial session, Dr. Fiorillo offered to have a follow up call with me (the mother), long story short, the communication was horrific, i do not see someone who is so insensitive to others can be a psychologist. When we finally connected, Dr. Fiorillo asked me what i would like to know (to be clear, Dr. Fiorillo requested the follow up call to go through her findings, "she probably forgot"). Obviously, we would never go back, teenage kids are so sensitive already especially they are having issues. subsequent to my initial post, Keri called me to explain the situation, I can tell she cares about her practice and the review. I was offered refund (I do not need any refund, this is about my kid's health). This is just my experience, like Keri said it could be just a communication issue, which I do not think it is. So, please make your own judgement, this is for your reference only.”
