“Worst provider I’ve ever had. Dr Galang is knowledgeable about his field and medication. but is not personable, caring, or good at listening to understand how you feel or what is going on. Every follow up appointment is less than 10 minutes, I never felt heard or understood. He gives you medication based on how he thinks you feel. He even “shewed” my girlfriend out of the office and closed the door in her face at one of the first appointments when she was simply trying to help me communicate what had been going on with me to him. The most recent appointment he failed to get my prescriptions sent to my pharmacy so I went without my meds for a week and it was medication that you SHOULD NOT stop cold turkey. Very low quality experience with this practice I would not recommend.”

“The front office never answers the phone. I hate mental health facilities like this that make the whole experience of getting help WORSE. I did love this place when Dr. Kirsten Gagel was here. Then for some reason she doesn’t work there anymore and they put me with Dr.Holly who is very distracted and rushing, not listening, even though I’ve asked the office previously multiple times to be switched!”

“Dr Galang is helpful, but it's quite difficult to get the office staff on the phone to facilitate appointments, check-ins, and prescription transfer processes. Emails can take weeks to get a reply on. EDIT: The staff have definitely gotten their act together since I left this review. I don't have any problems getting in touch with anybody and anytime I do leave a voicemail they're getting back to me within a day at the longest. We love to see it.”
