What patients say on Google
“Went in for an interview to get an assessment in January. Saw the doctor. It was an hour of questions. During the questions she would frequently interrupt me while I was still talking to ask me a completely different question on the list. Her tone wasn't naive either- it was short. She didn't explain herself and she did it over and over. At the end of the appointment she didn't say anything she got up and stood by the door. So I stood up too. It came acrossed as very odd, rude and abrupt. I found another doctor and had a nice experience.”
“Dr Long was great, this would be a 5 star if it weren’t for their billing and medical record release practices. They REFUSED to send my records to my specialist because I had yet to pay my copay. I’m thankful I HAD NOT bc they were attempting to charge me TWO copays for ONE visit; which providers usually bill the patient and not hold their medical records hostage for. Kicker in this entire process..they HAD NOT even sent it to my insurance provider. Stating they wanted to make sure Dr Long was paid. If so, my insurance provider would have gotten the claim. Visit was 2/13/2025, insurance company had no submission on 2/21/2025. I’m afraid moving forward they may find a way to break the eval visit into 2 visits; if so, please contact your insurance company and choose wisely. If it feels off, get them and your provider on the phone together. This economy is too hard to be overcharged by those meant to ensure our health.”
“I have been going for 4 years, my therapist, Mitch, saved my life during the pandemic. They've also helped me grow so much as a person, I feel lighter and in the best place I've ever been. Very kind, judgment free atmosphere, the front desk staff welcome you with open arms. Would always recommend!”
“I can't vouch for all of the staff but Kim is great, I have been seeing her for quite some time and she always keeps me on track in the most kind way. She is very goal oriented, and considerate. I feel like for the first time in my life I am accomplishing something in therapy.”
