“only good part is my therapist. The doctor isnt to good and when you explain things to her she will disagree and her wait time is always so long even with an appointment because they have no schedule it seems like. never use “ pathways “ either because that absolutely sucks and isn’t helpful for anybody i don’t like it or my doctor”

“Do NOT use Rosanna as your therapist. I had her as my daughter's therapist for awhile and she was not receptive even when she was a minor and was physically assaulting me. She would push aside talking. Now that my daughter has turned 18 in Jan and is still NON Med compliant and me trying to get her to get there or SHE WILL BE HOMELESS Rosanna is still unreceptive even with her hitting me in my home and banging her head to the point of admissions. She will even tell my daughter ONTOP of the therapy session she is charging for the DOXY link which is OBTUSE. I recorded the secretary at KYC saying this is AGAINST POLICY. ROSANNA IS NOT FOR MENTAL HEALTH. DO NOT USE HER IF YOU LOVE YOUR CHILD.”

“The lobby is dirty and has sketchy chairs. The workers there will treat you as a threat regardless of why you show up for counseling. The workers I dealt with were weak minded and condescending. You probably are going to go there for lack of other options anyway, so my suggestion is to be very careful discussing yourself. Also, quickly switch counselors if they don't match you well. Lastly, the wait to see the psychologist is so long you'll probably quit going there (because of their counseling issues) before even seeing the Doctor.”

“If you need help for mental/addiction counseling I've yet to meet a more dedicated team to work with. Many of them are experienced enough to call b.s. and experienced enough to help when they know you realize it. They seem to hold no judgement but as paranoia sets in who knows. Their willingness to open their facility to a group like NAMI just reinforces that dedication to my well being. It's going to take a while (2-3mos) to get into their program but fill the space between with whatever you can.”
