“This place is ridiculously one of the worst places I have ever dealt with. They talk sweet to you in person. And sweet to you over the phone. But trying to get them to return a call has been nearly impossible for me. They assign me a caseworker by the name of Aisha , who has a beautiful greeting on her phone. When you call she promises to call you back. But it's been over a month now. And she has been of no help in answering her phone or returning my call.”

“I made a referral to the Kenneth Young Center regarding my grandmother with dementia and my aunt mistreating her. My Aunt has cut my grandma off from many family members and her friends and verbally abuses her. I have not been able to see her in six months nor has my sister. When I called for an update, I was repeatedly shamed by the social worker for bothering her. My last call was completely ignored. Five months have passed.”

“EXCELLENT service. Everyone always seems friendly when I’m interacting with them and so far i’ve had very little issues with my therapists. The issues that I have had were only minor and nothing personal to the staff working here.”

“If I could give the place zero stars I would!! The therapists are liars they lie saying they called but you"failed" your appointment basically saying on the paperwork you didn't answer and blew off the appointment. I waited in my car for OVER AN HOUR waiting on my therapist to call me she never did..I called her!! I called her supervisor!! NO CALL BACK I call the center again a week later they'll keep putting you on hold with no pick ups.. somebody literally picked up and put me right back on hold.. didn't even say hello...This PLACE IS A JOKE AND TREATS PEOPLE LIKE CRAP BECAUSE OF LACK OF INSURANCE IM SURE! this entire country IS A JOKE when it comes to mental health..and vets are treated even worse the gov will let them be homeless with no legs!!! HELP PEOPLE WHEN THEY ASK FOR HELP MONEY SHOULDN'T MATTER”
