How likely are you to recommend Kenneth E Goolsby MD & Associates PC?
What patients say on Google
“Dr. Goolsby and Ann Marie have truly changed my life. I’m so grateful for their care, compassion, and support over the years. There was a time when I had given up, but they never gave up on me. TMS has given me hope again and has made a real difference in my fight against depression and anxiety. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is struggling—they genuinely care about their patients.”
“My experience with Dr. Goolsby and the entire staff has been excellent! This is one of the kindest and best medical offices I have ever worked with. They worked with me closely from the first visit to make sure I was comfortable with my TMS treatments; they also allowed me to work out a payment plan because my insurance does not cover the cost. Gail, the coordinator of TMS treatments, has been wonderful--as has Morgan, the TMS technician. Really, everyone I encounter there is professional and kind. They have all worked together a long time, and Dr. Goolsby clearly sets a positive tone for the whole office. He listens and really cares about his patients. My depression symptoms have definitely improved, and I am so grateful for Dr. Goolsby and the entire staff!”
“I was a patient for approximately a year and a half. Aside from my personal issues, I felt that the treatment was sometimes effective. Over the past few months, my medications were being adjusted, and I was advised to discontinue one medication and wait a few days before starting a new one. Shortly after stopping the medication, I experienced frequent panic attacks. When I contacted this office, I felt they were dismissive. Fortunately, I was able to find a crisis psychiatrist in my area who was able to see me promptly and provide me with the appropriate medication. I recommend caution when considering this practice, as the experience of switching medications can be challenging. While they may appear to care, I felt that they did not truly listen or provide the support I needed.”
“My primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Goolsby when he could not manage my severe depression and anxiety. I did not want to see a psychiatrist but now I understand psychiatry is a specialty for the brain/mind just as cardiology is for the heart. Why not see a specialist? I am so glad I did. Dr. Goolsby was able to help when no one else was. I now see the referral as divine intervention. I am not sure where I would be today without the care and genuine concern of Dr Goolsby. Honestly, I’m afraid to guess. Sometimes I look at my family and think they still have a wife and mom because of the intervention of Dr Goolsby and his team. I’ll always be grateful. I’m still on my journey, but I know I’m in good hands.”
